Business Process Re-engineering

A business process is a set of logically related tasks performed to achieve a defined business outcome. Re-engineering emphasizes focus on business objectives and how processes related to them, encouraging full-scale recreation of processes rather than iterative optimization of sub-processes.
Business process re-engineering (BPR) focuses on the analysis and design of workflows and business processes within an organization and aims to help   rethink how work is done in order to improve customer service, cut operational costs, and become world-class competitors.
Business process reengineering is also known as business process redesign, business transformation, or business process change management.
We ensure that the client’s process owner understands and leads the change in order to instigate awareness across the organization.
We utilize a phased systematic approach application of BPI to avoid service/product disruption, and prevent reverting back to the old process.

We Understand the existing process, its gaps and pitfalls, optimize the process by re-engineering the key steps, then Implement the new process and finally measure the change impact.

Throughout our journey, we have supported clients to deliver significant value with measurable impact across the key areas that constitue their costs, achieving stellar results depends heavily on the baseline and on the degree of change the client is willing to undertake.

My job has become very interesting since the focus is not longer on administrative tasks but on the core operations.
